FAQ's
How much space will I need?
We expect approx 3m x 3m of space is required for the soft play. However we can be flexible with the set up and position different elements in different areas if that works well for you.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes we can set up outdoors, however if rain is expected, you will need to provide a gazebo or something to cover the soft play. The soft play is not suitable for overnight hire if outdoors, therefore same-day collection will be arranged.
What time do you set up / collect?
The soft play hire is typically for 4-6 hours. For weddings, if possible we set up AM before the wedding ceremony begins, and collection is 6pm/7pm on the evening for outdoor or overnight for indoor. For children's parties, please let us know the times you have hired the venue/hall for with as much notice as possible so we can consider this when organising the schedule.
How do I book?
To book, firstly please contact us via our website form/social media/WhatsApp and we will check the diary to confirm availability. We do require a £50 (non-refundable) booking deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance in addition to a £50 refundable damage deposit is to be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Booking confirmation will only be sent via email if requested. Your refundable damage deposit shall be returned within 48 hours after providing there is no damage.

Absolutely amazing, Amy is so lovely and is there to help you with planning your event! The decoration was stunning, The bouncy castle and soft play was used from people arriving to leaving our naming ceremony the children loved it and it looked amazing in the grounds 🩷 would highly recommend 💕💕
