We offer luxe picnic styling options for a range of events, whether you're wanting to add boho sophistication to your hen party, or to create a super cute children's picnic area.
Pop Up Picnic Parties
Our hire includes low rustic picnic tables, floor mats, lots of cosy scatter cushions, all themed decorations & and all the tableware needed. Colour schemes & themes available include neutrals, boho pink, rainbow, as well as child-specific themes such as uncirons, dinosaurs, woodland, tropical, football, mermaids etc.

*Whilst we don't provide the actual food and drinks, we know lots of lovely local companies who might be able to help. Just ask if you would like any recommendations.

With any bell tent booking, you can add a luxe picnic package for an additional discounted rate which includes a rustic boho set up with cosy cushions, tableware, decorations and more!
FAQ's
How much space will I need?
Our low picnic tables are approx 90cm x 90cm individually, and we push them together to create long rustic tables suitable for your event. The number of tables we set up depends on the number of people we set up for. Please remember you will need space for the floor mats and scatter cushions too.
How do I book?
To book one of our luxury parties, please get in touch with us by messaging us on social media or completing the contact form. We will then contact you back to confirm your personal & event details, and to book a date in our diary.

When is payment required and do you need a deposit?
We require a £50 (non-refundable) booking deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance in addition to a £50 refundable damage deposit is to be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Booking confirmation will only be sent via email if requested. Your £50 refundable damage deposit shall be returned within 48 hours after providing there is no damage.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change and you may need to amend / cancel your booking with us, we just ask that you try and give us as much notice as possible. We will always try to re-schedule parties to another date, however if this isn't possible and the party has to be cancelled, you will forfeit the £50 non-refundable deposit.

Inspired by minimalist Scandinavian decor, our Simply Scandi luxe picnic features natural cushions and decorations with splashes of colour through gold plates, cutlery and beautiful pampas florals.
Beautiful Blues Theme
A super popular colour palette for those baby showers celebrating a baby boy and 1st birthday parties. Mixed pink/blue theme also available for gender reveal parties.

Work Christmas Parties
Our luxe picnics are ideal for Christmas parties for small offices or those looking for a cosy work party vibe! Prices includes the full set up as seen below with lots of candles, beautiful Chrismtas decorations and extra touches like Christmas crackers.
