What's Included?


We will safely set up and dress the bell tent with all decorations and accessories in your chosen theme. For sleepover hire, we will also include all the bedding essentials for a comfy night under the stars. If you're wanting lounge hire, we will dress the bell tent with lots of comfy cushions and blankets instead.

4M Bell Tent

Sleepover / Lounge Hire £205

(Set up early afternoon & collection the following morning)

Comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults or up to 6 adults to lounge.
For the 4M bell tent you will need at least 6x6 metres of real grassed
space.

5M  Bell Tent

Sleepover Hire / Lounge £225

(Set up early afternoon & collection the following morning)

Comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults or up to 12 adults to lounge.

For the 5M bell tent you will need at least 7x7 metres of real grassed space.

Depending on your location, a travel/fuel charge may apply. 

Frequently Asked Questions

How much space will I need?

Our 4m bell tents require a minimum of 6 x 6m diameter space to pitch and 5m bell tents require a minimum of 7 x7m diameters. We can also only peg the bell tent into grass (not astroturf or hard surfaces). If you're planning on using a public space, appropriate approval must be gained. Please note the bell tent may leave a mark on your grass where it has been set up. 

Do you pitch in all weathers? 

Our high-quality bell tents are weather proof and can withstand the wind and rain. We would only cancel the booking in the event we believed the weather would pose health and safety concerns.

How long is the hire period for bell tents?

We will always try to be as flexible as possible when setting up / collecting the bell tent for your sleepover or day party. For sleepover parties we will set up between 12pm - 5pm and pick up the following day between 9am - 12pm. Day hire is between 10am-6pm (at the latest). In most circumstances we are flexible so let us know what time works for you and we will see what we can do! Set up takes approximately 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes and collection 45 minutes.

What themes do you offer?

We offer a range of themes to suit all occasions. For children's parties, themes such as unicorns, dinosaurs, tropical, boho chic, football or woodland might be most appropriate. We do also offer a neutral simply scandi theme which is popular with hen parties and bell tent wedding glamping. 

How do I book?

To book, firstly please contact us via our website form/social media/whatsapp and we will check the diary to confirm availability. We do require a £50 (non-refundable) booking deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance in addition to a £50 refundable damage deposit is to be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Booking confirmation will only be sent via email if requested. Your refundable damage deposit shall be returned within 48 hours after providing there is no damage.
