White Bouncy Castle Hire

How much space will I need?

The dimensions for our bouncy castles are as follows:

-Grande bouncy castle-  4.5M long x 4.4M wide x 4.1M high

-Classic bouncy castle-  3.9M long x 3.8M wide x 3.3M high

-Mini bouncy castle-  2.4M long x 2.4M wide x 2.6M high

 

Space will also be required for the fan at the back as well as for mats in front of the castle. We will also need access to a plug socket to power the fan and inflate the castle. The plug should not be further than 20metres from the castle (we will supply the extension lead). For outdoor set ups, we can only set up on real grass, not artificial or hard surfaces as our inflatables must be pegged into the ground. For indoor set ups only, sand bags are used.

Which sized castle would be best for my event?

That all depends on space and who will be using the castle! For weddings, we always recommend our Grande or Classix white castle as this is suitable for adults as well as children. Please check with your wedding venue as space may be limited. Our Mini white castle is suitable for small children and toddlers only. The castles are suitable for the following number of users and height restrictions.

Grande White Castle

Suitable for both adults & children. 

Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 10 users

Users up to 1.25m (4.1")  - suitable for 7 users

Users up to 1.5m (4.9")  - suitable for 6 users

Users up to 1.8m (5.9") - suitable for 6 users

Please note, the max height restriction for this is 1.8m / 5.9 ". The minimum age for use if 4 years old.

Classic White Castle

Suitable for both adults & children. 

Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 7 users

Users up to 1.25m (4.1")  - suitable for 5 users

Users up to 1.5m (4.9")  - suitable for 4 users

Users up to 1.8m (5.9") - suitable for 3 users

Please note, the max height restriction for this is 1.8m / 5.9 ". The minimum age for use if 4 years old.

Mini White Castle

Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 2 users

Users up to 1.2m (3.9")  - suitable for 3 users

Mini white castle is not suitable for adults or those children over 1.2m in height.

 

Can you set up in all weathers?

Unfortunately we do have to be strict with outdoor set ups and cannot set up in the event of high wind (speeds exceeding 24mph) or rain. We typically make a decision on whether to cancel the booking 1-2 days in advance of the event based on the weather forecast. This is in accordance with government advice to ensure the health and safety of everyone using the inflatable. We always advise that you have a back up plan for outdoor set ups where we can set up indoors in the event of unsuitable weather conditions. If we need to cancel, we are more than happy to put the money paid towards any other services we provide if available on your day, or towards any other event in that year.

What time do you set up / collect? 

The inflatable hire is typically for 4-6 hours. For weddings, if possible we set up AM before the wedding ceremony begins, and collection is 6pm-7pm on the evening. For children's parties, please let us know the times you have hired the venue/hall for with as much notice as possible so we can consider this when organising the schedule.

How do I book?

To book, firstly please contact us via our website form/social media/WhatsApp and we will check the diary to confirm availability. We do require a £50 (non-refundable) booking deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance in addition to a £50 refundable damage deposit is to be paid in full no later than 7 days before the party date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. Booking confirmation will only be sent via email if requested. Your refundable damage deposit shall be returned within 48 hours after providing there is no damage.

Are your bouncy castles PIPA tested?

Yes our castles are tested annually and conform to PIPA standards (please ask us for our TAG numbers if required). PIPA is a UK inspection scheme set up by the inflatable play industry to ensure that children’s inflatable play equipment conforms to recognised UK standards. We also have public liability insurance up to £5million, and perform risk assessments for inflatable hire booking. Insurance/PAT testing/PIPA certifications can be emailed if required.
