You should only complete the below form if you are ready to book your bell tent party with The Beverley Events Company.

Once you have completed this booking form, please make payment for the booking deposit (non refundable) as discussed in correspondence with us. The remaining balance in addition to a refundable damage deposit is then due 7 days before the event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (bank details will be available once you have submitted this form).

If payment is not received, The Beverley Events Company reserve the right to release the booking date. ​

Terms & Conditions

Whilst we want you to have a fun and unforgettable party, we also want to make sure everyone is safe, therefore we ask you to please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Important Information

​

The space for each standard teepee is 180cm H x 110cm sq  with at least 160cm in length needed for the foam bed. Our double lace teepee is 235cm H x 140cm sq when open. Please note, refunds will not be given in the event we cannot set up teepees due to space. 

​

Please ensure parking is available as close to the set up location as possible as we will have a lot of equipment to handle. If on-site parking isn't available, you must let us know in advance of the hire date.

By signing I accept and acknowledge the charges stated within the terms and conditions regarding the deposit, payment of the full balance and damage charges. I accept and acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure adequate supervision is provided as required. I have read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions and liability provided to be and agree to abide by them.
