Space/Location Requirements
The dimensions of our mini castle is 2.4M x 2.4M x 2.6M, the classic / medi castle is 3.9M x 3.8M x 3.3M and the grande bouncy castle is 4.5M long x 4.4M x 4.1M high. Space will also be required to secure the castle in the ground and for mats at the front of the castle. For all inflatables, we also require access to a plug to power the fan and inflate the castle. The inflatable should not be set up further than 20m from the power source. Please note, refunds will not be given in the event we cannot set up.
For indoor set ups, sand bags will be used to secure the bounce castle. For outdoor set ups, the inflatable must be secured into the ground using pegs (this means it can only be set up on real grass, not artificial or hard surfaces.
The hire period for all bouncy castle hires is 4-6 hours with the latest collection time 6pm-7pm. Your set up and collection time will be confirmed before the hire.

Mini White Castle
The mini bouncy castle is suitable for the following user numbers and heights:
Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 2 users
Users up to 1.2m (3.9") - suitable for 3 users
Mini white castle is not suitable for adults or those children over 1.2m in height.

Classic / Medi White Castle
The mini bouncy castle is suitable for the following user numbers and heights:
Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 7 users
Users up to 1.2m (3.9") - suitable for 5 users
Users up to 1.5m (4.9") - suitable for 4 users
Users up to 1.7m (5.9") - suitable for 3 users

Grande White Castle
Suitable for both adults & children. The large bouncy castle is suitable for the following user numbers and heights:
Users up to 1m (3.2") - suitable for 10 users
Users up to 1.25m (4.1") - suitable for 7 users
Users up to 1.5m (4.9") - suitable for 6 users
Users up to 1.8m (5.9") - suitable for 6 users
Please note, the max height restriction for this is 1.8m / 5.9 ". The minimum age for use if 4 years old.

* For bouncy castle hire, a responsible adult must be present at all times whilst in use. It is the hirer's responsibility to appoint this responsible adult. Strictly no food, drinks or alcohol, is to be consumed on the inflatables and no silly string, face painting etc. In addition the inflatables should not be used by any adults who have consumed alcohol. Both the mini and large castle should not be used by any adults or children with previous back or neck injuries, or any other medical conditions which may cause injury.
