Booking Form

You should only complete the below form if you are ready to book your balloon styling with The Beverley Events Company.

Once you have completed this booking form, please make payment for the booking deposit (non refundable) as discussed in correspondence with us. The remaining balance in addition to a refundable damage deposit is then due 4 weeks before the event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (bank details will be available once you have submitted this form).

If payment is not received, The Beverley Events Company reserve the right to release the booking date. ​

Please ensure parking is available as close to the set up location as possible as we will have a lot of equipment to handle. If on-site parking isn't available, you must let us know in advance of the event.
