Booking Form

You should only complete the below form when  you are ready to book your event with The Beverley Events Company.

Once you have completed this booking form, please make payment for the non refundable deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (bank details will be available once you have submitted this form).

If payment is not received, The Beverley Events Company reserves the right to release the booking date.

Please ensure parking is available as close to the set up location as possible as we will have a lot of equipment to handle. If on-site parking isn't available, you must let us know in advance of the event.
