Booking Form

You should only complete the below form when  you are ready to book your hire with The Beverley Events Company.

Once you have completed this booking form, please make payment for the £50 (non refundable) deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance plus a £100 damage deposit is due 7 days before the event. Payment is accepted by bank transfer (bank details will be available once you have submitted this form).

If payment is not received, The Beverley Events Company reserve the right to release the booking date.

Whilst we want you to have a fun and unforgettable party, we also want to make sure everyone is safe, therefore we ask you to please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Important Information

​

The space for the telephone box is 8FT high x 3FT Wide x 3FT Long. This is slightly larger than a standard single door, therefore double door access at the venue is required to set up. We will also require access to a plug to power the neon sign & audio guestbook. It is your responsibility to check with the venue that sufficient space is available for the set up. In the event we cannot set up due to space / access to a plug, we will not offer a refund.

Please ensure parking is available as close to the set up location as possible as the equipment is heavy to handle. If on-site parking is not available, you must let us know in advance of the hire date.

By signing I accept and acknowledge the charges stated within the terms and conditions regarding the deposit, payment of the full balance and damage charges. I accept and acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to ensure adequate supervision is provided as required. I have read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions and liability provided to be and agree to abide by them.
